RSVP 101

WHY DO I RSVP?
Food count and Safety/Comfort.
 .
At our 2006 Egg-stravaganza party 18 of the 35 attendees did not RSVP.
We want you there. We just want to know in advance that you're going to be there.
 .
 EVERYONE is required to RSVP. This includes Hosts, Co-hosts, Board Members, Lifetime members,
Guests of the Board and Visiting Guests of the Board. EVERYONE.
 .
Be certain to include how many guests will be accompanying you.
When our events are in apartments or smaller houses, overcrowding can be a safety and comfort issue.
We don't ever want to turn attendees away. So, PLEASE RSVP
HOW DO I RSVP?
As long as DAMN has a valid email address on file, lifetime members, prospects (and for a limited time, former annual members) will receive an Evite.  Follow the instructions on the Evite.

Once the Evite has been emailed, the date will be posted on the calendar for that event.
1. Evites are sent from the President not the Webmaster.
2. You RSVP
3. Confirmation with the address is then sent.
 
Check your bulk mail first; then click to report "No Evite® Received." The Webmaster does not handle Evites!
The Events Coordinator does not handle Evites, either!

 
Introductory Meeting Click the "To Attend Intro" on the calendar for this event and complete the short form.
Board Meeting Click the "To Attend Board Meeting" on the calendar for this event and complete the short form.
Bare As You Dare Monthly Party No RSVP Required. This is a public event.
OUT TAKES Dallas No RSVP Required. This is a public event. Purchase tickets through http://outtakesdallas.org.
TUG2007 Registration between January 1, 2007-May 19, 2007. More info TBA.
AIDS ARMS LifeWalk Register through our team captain. More info closer to the event.
