Hey Guys, I wanted to update all of you of upcoming events this week with DAMN and items we are currently working on: PARTY ANNOUNCEMENTS: Thursday, Feb. 21- DAMN Movie Night with hosts Marty and Jeff. The evite was sent today. Please check your mailbox for it. Saturday, Feb. 23- DAMN presents South Plains Leatherfest Victory Party at the Dallas Eagle starting at 10pm. This is our monthly Bare As You Dare party at the Dallas Eagle so BAUD dress code is encouraged. Watch for a full page ad in this coming Friday's edition of TWT announcing the party. ITEMS: HOSTS: We are in need of hosts for our March and April Party lineup. We currently do not have a host for our St. Patty's Day or Easter party. If you can hosts, please let me know by responding to this email. Also CO-HOSTS will be needed so if you can help there, please also respond back to this email. 501 c 3 process for the club has begun. We hope to be done by mid to late summer. Hosts and Co Hosts Appreciation Party will be held this summer. This party will be for our hosts and co hosts over the last year for opening their homes to our group and for members who have volunteered in co hosting the events. More details will be coming shortly. A special discount coupon/code will be offered in the next month from a speciality vendor to our club. More info will be forthcoming. Our Annual Garage Sale will be held in April. We have a host for the event. Your dontations will be greatly appreciated. Once the date is set, we will announce it along with a collection week. This sale is the funding we use to pay for TUG. Texas Urban Gathering will begin planning shortly and registration will open Sunday, April 6. More info to follow. Special Thanks to our hosts for the Super Bowl Party with hosts David and Bob, HP5 with host Sepherson, Chinese New Year with hosts Thom and Steve and our Movie Nights with hosts Marty and Jeff. We truly appreciate you opening your homes to us and your hospitality. Also A BIG Thanks to Sepherson for our new name tags. They look great. The membership cards are to be updated and out to our members by mid March. Sorry for the delay but these take time to make. Remember, your cards get you a discount at LeatherMasters. YOU MUST PRESENT the card to receive the discount. This update is the latest as of now. Hopefully summer is not far away so that pool parties can begin. 01/23/07 Saturday April 21, is the date! Set up time is at 630am and the sale is from 7:00 am 'til 1:00pm. Not only do we need your clothes, but we need a host and guys to help run the menswear sale. This event is to help offset our costs for TUG2007! Any questions about helping, donating, etc., ask Charles at oaklwnguy@hotmail.com . You may forget about the RSVP deadline, or have a friend wants to join you, or your schedule has changed and now you want to attend an event but it's past the RSVP deadline. Click the To Attend link on the calendar and it will go to a new page. Follow the instructions and note we cannot make any guarantees. Please remember some events have capacity limits set by our gracious hosts. This does not apply to TUG. |

Introductory and Board meetings announced
